II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The Isle of
Wight Council is seeking to engage with a provider for the provision of a
courier service. The contract is required to provide the Isle of Wight
Council with a dedicated courier service to support the efficient and
effective distribution of internal mail and parcels between most Council
run establishments including schools, Council offices and some associate
voluntary organisations. It will also include delivery and collection of
Council papers to Elected Members' homes, and delivery and restocking of a
range of promotional publications.

the meaning of Article 1 of the Convention relating to the protection of
the financial interests of the European Communities; (k) has been the
subject of a conviction for money laundering, as defined in Article 1 of
Council Directive 91/308/EEC of 10.6.1991 on prevention of the use of the
financial system for the purpose of money laundering. Applicants wishing
to express an interest must complete a pre-qualification questionnaire
(PQQ)within the timescale set out in IV.3.3, which is obtainable from the
