of Finance, on behalf of Government Departments/Offices (described in the
Request for Tenders, the "Contracting Departments") is issuing an
invitation to tender for the provision of air transport and other business
travel booking and associated services, as may be required by Contracting
Departments' personnel travelling on official business (the "Services").
The Services will be divided into five (5) Lots and candidates may apply
to be appointed to provide services in respect of one or more or all Lots.
Each Lot will comprise services to be provided to a specific group of
Contracting Departments and a successful candidate for any Lot will be
required to enter into a separate contract with each Contracting
Department in the relevant Lot for which that candidate's bid is accepted.

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: The Services will be divided into five
(5) Lots and candidates may apply to be appointed to provide services in
respect of one or more or all Lots. Candidates will be invited to submit a
separate bid for each Lot in which they are interested in bidding. Each
Lot will comprise services to be provided to a specific group of
Contracting Departments and a successful candidate for any Lot will be
required to enter into a separate contract with each Contracting
Department in the relevant Lot for which the candidate's bid is accepted.
A contract awarded shall be, initially, for a period of one year and may,
subject to satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of the
relevant Contracting Department, be renewed annually thereafter, without
further tender, for up to a maximum combined period of 4 years.

approved in writing by the Irish Commission for Aviation Regulation.
