SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION

Nesodden municipality centre – interaction contract.

Design and execution.
Main site or location of works: Nesodden municipality, Norway.
II.1.3) The notice involves: A public contract.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Nesodden
municipality (the Awarding Authority) invites interested companies to
participate in a restricted tender contest regarding formation of an
interaction contract for the project Nesodden Municipality Centre.
Nesodden Municipality centre shall contain total or parts of the following
facilities:
— secondary modern school,
— administration building,
— library,
— culture house,
— recreation club,
— parking facilities,
— environmental street.
The total gross area, per May 2008, is approx. 12 600 m². Further planning
of the multi-user house is organised in such a way that the project can be
carried out in stages. In the 1st stage, the school, administration
building and library will be prioritized. The gross area in the 1st stage
is approx. 6 000-7 000 m². Architect and landscape architect will be
subject to contracting through an ongoing design contest.
