contract - all 3 as primary suppliers to Lancashire, Hertz as primary
supplier to Cheshire, with the other two suppliers being awarded secondary
supplier status. Although the framework box is ticked - it is not a
framework as such - other forces can pick and choose suppliers dependant
upon pricing, locations etc. I could not untick the box.
