authorities wish to establish a single provider framework for design
and/or layout services in respect of some or all of the following (i) a
range of publications including but not limited to newsletters, brochures,
reports, letters, business stationery (the Publications), (ii) exhibition
materials, and/or (iii) signage and livery.
The provider will also be required to provide one or more of the following
activities in respect of the Publications (i) printing, (ii) fulfilment,
(iii) mailing, (iv) finishing and/or (v) distribution.
The provider may also be required to provide one or more of the following
services (i) services for corporate identity/brand creation and
implementation, (ii) services for web design, and/or (iii) image library
creation and management.

to the maximum duration of 4 years, the estimated overall value of the
framework (excluding VAT) is between 1 000 000 GBP and 1 200 000 GBP.

Gloucester, Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol and North East
Somerset will also be entitled to purchase services through the framework.
Section II.1.9 - Variants will be accepted in addition to a compliant bid
(as set out in the tender/contract documents) provided the contracting
authorities' core requirements are met and provided they are in accordance
with the tender/contract documents.
Section IV.3.3 - Reference to additional documents is to the
pre-qualification questionnaire which is available from the address at
I.1.
Section IV.3.4 - Requests to participate must be by completion and return
of the pre-qualification questionnaire by the time and date specificed in
