II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): We are looking
for a research and technology organisation or a consultancy bureau which
can convey their expertise and experience of the EU's seventh framework
programme (FP7) to our researchers via a structured process. The aim of
the partnership is to obtain a considerable rise in the amount of
financing from the EU to Simula during the three year co-operation.

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: The co-operation shall include tailor
made training and mentor work about FP7, the application process, design,
writing of and handling applications, as well as evaluating applications
before they are sent. The service provider is also expected to support our
researchers in the establishment in/entrance into the international
researcher network and industrial partners in order to build consortiums
and plan co-operation projects.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 1 000 000 NOK.
