ANGOLA - Ministério da Agricultura e Florestas ( Projecto MUKAFÉ)
   Internal skills, qualifications and competencies of key personnel for the service: specialized agronomic experience in coffee with skills in quality and certification;
- References in similar certification projects, particularly in the coffee branch;
- 5-year proven references in agricultural field design;
- 5-year references on the coffee value chain;
- Experience working with mapping the coffee value chain, including public, private and farmer organizations;
- Knowledge of quality management and certification requirements;
- Knowledge in statistical process analysis;
- Previous experience working in field design, or related services with the State of Angola and/or international projects would be appreciated;
- Knowledge and mastery of the Portuguese language.
