The Object Of This Tender Is The Granting Of Temporary Occupation Licenses For Private Use Of The Public Domain, For The Installation And Operation Of Six Booths Intended For The Sale Of Pyrotechnic Fireworks Of The F1 Categories , F2 And F3 (Pyrotechnic Fireworks) And T1 (Pyrotechnic Articles Intended For Use In Theaters) And P1 (Other Pyrotechnic Articles) Determined By Article 8.3 A) And C) Of Royal Decree 989/2015, Of 30 October , By Which The Regulation Of Pyrotechnic Articles And Cartridges Is Approved And According To The Provisions That Are Developed In The Supplementary Technical Instruction (Itc) Number 17 Of Sale To The Public Of Pyrotechnic Articles, In The Following Locations In The Municipality And With The Characteristics And Requirements That Are Detailed In The Particular Technical Prescriptions Document.
