1. The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The School Canteen Service Of The Joan Solans De Granollers School With Catering Service. 2. The Contract Covers The Dining Service That Includes The Following Activities: A) The Acquisition, Preparation, Transport And Distribution Of The Foods That Make Up Each Meal Individually To The Diners. B) The Conservation And Replacement Of Cooking Utensils, Food And Appliances Utensils Used During The Service Stated In Annex 1 Of The Technical Prescriptions. This Material Is Made Available To The Ampa/School For The Provision Of The Service And If Not Provided By The Contractor. C) The Monitoring Of The Students Users Of The Dining Room, Which Consists Of The Surveillance And Interlective Activities Of The Students Throughout The Time Fraction Between The End Of The Morning Classes And The Beginning Of The Afternoon Classes, With A Maximum Duration Of 2 Hours In Total. D) The Economic, Administrative And Control Management Of The Users Who Access The Service. In Addition, The Contractor May, In A Complementary Basis, Provide The Activity Described In Heading A) To The Teachers And The Staff Of The Administration And Services Of The Center.
