notice_summary_english: a) b) The contractor to whom the order will be awarded is obliged to take over pursuant to art. 23 (1) of the Act of June 26, 1974 Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), for the period of this contract, 22 employees, i.e. all employees employed by Hospital Service Sp. z o. o. REGON: 020548171, NIP 8942908910, KRS 0000886446 ul. Słonimskiego 1, 50-304 Wrocław member of the consortium (consortal agreement No. 25/OZ/2021 of 21.07.2021) currently providing the service to the Employer who remained in the employment relationship on the day of the takeover, indicated in Annex 7 to the contract under the following conditions:
1) all persons employed under a full -time employment contract
2) all persons employed under an indefinite employment contract
3) 12 people are protected due to pre -retirement age, according to data at the end of February 2025
4) 2 people acquired the rights to the pension -they are employed according to the data at the end of February 2025.
5) The average salary in this group of employees is PLN 4,666.00 gross/full -time
6) supplements for work at night are settled in accordance with the Labor Code
7) none of the people are on maternity leave
8) no additional remuneration components outside the indicated,
9) company legal acts of the applicable employees:
- Work regulations Hospital Service Sp. z o.o.
- Regulations for remuneration Hospital Service Company Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.-Nadal in force at Hospital Service Sp. z o.o. together with letters informing about the above
- Regulations of ZFSS Hospital Service Sp. z o.o.
10) The employer does not have a collective system
11) The employer does not have information on the union affiliation of the employees transferred
