   a) General experience of the firm related to the assignment: At least (3) verifiable consultancy services (assignments) in conducting evaluations and assessments related to the education and/or TVET sectors; verifiable experience in undertaking research, evaluations and consulting assignments for projects funded by multilateral agencies such as the World Bank, USAID, European Union, AFD, FCDO and among other multilateral agencies (3 certificates of completion with their respective contracts);
b) Experience working in Rwanda: at least one verifiable consultancy service in conducting national-level consultancy, evaluation and/or research in Rwanda
The applicant must submit the documents proving that it verifies to the above criteria
