local_description: Description:Expression of Interest for Provision of General Hygiene/Refreshment ItemsThe Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, humanitarian, non-profit, non-governmental organization that provides assistance, protection, and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide.
