notice_summary_english: Description:Tender Announcement: Customs Clearance ContractorThe Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a qualified Customs Clearance Contractor to provide customs clearance services for its shipments across Sudan.Scope of WorkThe contractor will be responsible for:Handling customs clearance in compliance with Sudanese regulations.Advising NRC on necessary permits and regulatory updates.Ensuring timely clearance and transportation of goods to NRC’s delivery points.Covering government fees related to the clearance process.Providing nationwide coverage at airports and land terminals.Application Process Deadline for clarification requests: 25 March 2025 – 15:00 (GMT+2) Last date for NRC to issue clarifications: 26 March 2025 – 13:00 (GMT+2) Deadline for submission: 27 March 2025 – 13:00 (GMT+2) Email for submission: sd.procurement@nrc.no The full Request for Proposal (RFP) and Terms of Reference (TOR) are attached for further details.
