   Experience of at least 10 years in relevant field, with at least 3 projects of similar nature within last 5 years, Annual Average turnover of up to 20 million over the past two years from Audit Report, Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Registration as a Sole proprietor (with FBR), a Partnership (with the Office of the Registrar of Firms in your City/District) or a company (with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan -SECP) and Tax Authorities (FBR, PRA etc.), Should not have any Pending Litigation or Blacklisting (Submission to be made on E-Stamp)
