? Tenderer (Lead Partner in the case of Joint Venture) shall have current & valid 1.4 category enlistment with Petrobangla and/or any company of Petrobangla and Tenderer (all the partners in the case of Joint Venture) shall have current valid relevant ISO 9001 certificate as mandatory requirement and ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 certificates as optional. ? Tenderer (all the partners in case of Joint Venture) shall have valid Trade license, Tax Identification Number (TIN), VAT registration, Articles of incorporation or registration of firm. ? The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction of Works as a Prime Contractor or JV Partner or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. ? The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or JV Partner or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of 5 km long 12 inch or above outer diameter high pressure natural gas transmission pipeline successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years having value of at least Tk. 12.00 Crore for Section-A, Tk. 12.50 Crore for Section-B and Tk. 11.75 Crore for Section-C. ? A Tenderer may participate in one or more than one Sections. Tenderer participating in more than one section shall meet requirements as stated in ITT 15.1 (a)-Average Annual Construction Turnover, ITT 15.1 (b) -Liquid Assets, ITT 15.1 (d)-Tender Capacity, ITT 16.1-Manpower and ITT 17.1-Equipment; separately and aggregately, failing of which all Tenders of that Tenderer shall be rejected. ? Tenderer(s) will be evaluated separately for each section and Notification of Award (NOA) would be accordingly made for three separate sections. ? Detail eligibility and qualification criterion are stated in the Tender Document.
